Planned power outage for areas in Blackwell

The City of Blackwell will be experiencing a controlled outage tomorrow from 4 – 6 a.m. in the area of Southwest Boulevard South to Hubbard; and Main Street west to 3rd and east to Urbana. This outage will be for maintenance work by Blackwell Public Power.
