First Responders recovered the body of 61-year-old Sean Whitby from Lake Ponca on Thursday.
The medical examiner then arrived at the scene.
Once the medical examiner released the scene, Lake Ponca was then open to the public on both sides.
Multiple first responders responded to the area for the possible drowning.
