TULSA, Okla. –Oklahoma State University said former student Maj. John “Alex’’ Klinner was among six U.S. service members killed when a KC-135 refueling aircraft went down in Iraq on March 12. Klinner graduated from the university’s Spears School of Business in 2025.
OSU shared the news in a Facebook post, writing: “The Cowboy family is grateful for his service to our country, and we are keeping his wife, Libby, and young children in our thoughts and prayers.”
