Missing 12-year-old found safe according to Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation

CHICKASHA, OKLA (KOKH) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Ryan “RJ” Davis was located safe in Chickasha Sunday afternoon.
