Early this morning, PCPD officers and PCFD crews responded to a possible rollover accident on Hartford, between Ash and Waverly. Upon arrival, the officers located a vehicle off of the roadway, near the private driveway of the UPS facility on Hartford.
When the officers approached the vehicle, they discovered one occupant who was determined to be deceased.
The occupant of the vehicle has been identified as 63 year old, Randy L. Spiva.
PCPD Accident Reconstruction investigators responded to the scene and the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
