There is a scam alert today involving a caller claiming to be Captain Frank Meyers with the Kay County Sheriff’s Office and demanding payment for allegedly missing jury duty.
The caller appears to be well-prepared with names and addresses and will demand payment over the phone to avoid being arrested.
DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION or engage with the caller and immediately hang up.
