Ponca City, OK – Pioneer Technology Center’s Precision Machining program has received a $20,000 grant from the Gene Haas Foundation which will help strengthen opportunities for students pursuing advanced manufacturing careers. The funding will support student scholarships, industry competitions, and continued workforce skill development in CNC machining.
The Gene Haas Foundation focuses on expanding education in manufacturing technologies, particularly Computer Numerical Control machining (CNC), and also contributes to local initiatives that enhance quality of life within communities. Students and staff gathered with representatives from the Foundation for the check presentation.
