Five UC Students Earn NWOSU Degrees

Five University Center students were among the one hundred three graduates receiving degrees at Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s Fall Commencement. The ceremony took place on Sunday, December 7, in the Fellers Family Auditorium in Herod Hall on NWOSU’s Alva campus.
UC graduates included Kim Scholey (Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction), Jadyn Benton (Bachelor of Business Administration), John Hofferber (Bachelor of Science in Psychology), Adele Labombard (Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education), and Collin Prince (Bachelor of Business Administration, Cum Laude). Former PCPS administer and NWOSU alum Thad Dilbeck delivered the commencement address. Dilbeck is currently the Executive Director of Activities and Athletics for Bartlesville Public Schools.
The University Center at Ponca City partners with accredited colleges and universities to make college degrees accessible in Ponca City and Northern Oklahoma. The UC serves concurrent high school students in addition to students pursuing associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees. Their current educational partners are Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) and Northwestern Oklahoma State University (NWOSU).
