Newkirk Middle School recently announced the 2018-2019 NMS Teacher of the Year. The winning teacher is Mr. Joshua Faulkner. Faulkner is currently in his second year at teaching instrumental and generic music at Newkirk Middle School. According to the Newkirk K12 website, Mr. Faulkner is proud to be teaching in his community and hopes to build a band program that students want to be a part of.
