The Ponca City Utility Department has received calls requesting money to swap out a meter The City does NOT charge for that service as this call is a scam! Please do not give out any personal information. The call will appear as a City of Ponca City phone number. The Police Department has been notified. The Billing Office is open 8:00am-5:00pm if you have questions call 767-0311.
