The Blackwell Chamber of Commerce is saying at this time, the Mayor Candidate Forum on Tuesday, March 24 at Kay Electric Cooperative will NOT include a public session. However, PoncaPost was informed Monday afternoon that the Blackwell Chamber is looking to possibly have a Facebook livestream for the event instead. The Q&A will start at 6:30 p.m.
