Ponca City Housing Authority Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday

The Chamber held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Ponca City Housing Authority located at 201 E. Broadway. Katie Larssen is the new manager and is cutting the ribbon along with Tabitha Thompson, Julie Cartwright and Dwain West.
