A special election is scheduled for June 10 for Ponca City Commissioner Seat No. 1.
Kelsey Wagner held the seat before being elected Mayor of Ponca City.
Two people will run for the seat, Annette Newcomb, 56 and Donna Rubio, 77.
The Election Board is located at 219 south Main Street, in Newkirk.
