PCPD says incident at Wal-Mart unfounded

Shortly after 2:00 this afternoon, multiple officers responded to Walmart in response to what was called in as a possible shooting. Officers worked with multiple Walmart employees and reviewed surveillance video from multiple different angles. Officers also spoke with several patrons at the store and no sign of a shooting or a disturbance was discovered. There are no reported injuries and no sign of anyone in distress. At this time, there is no reason for the public to be concerned and this incident appears to be unfounded.
