On July 22nd, a customer in the Ponca City Walmart was using one of the self-checkout aisles at about 4PM. The customer ended up having a small conversation with the man in line behind her, who was was wearing a green shirt and green ball cap. When she was finished scanning items, she requested $100 in cash back from the machine, but became distracted and walked out of the store without taking the cash. By the time she realized she had forgotten the money and went back into the store, the money and the man were gone.
Review of the store’s surveillance camera shows the male in the photo taking the money out of the machine just as he leaves the aisle. He left the store in a silver Dodge Ram crew cab pickup.
