PCPD: Arrest Made During July Traffic Stop

On July 1st, a PCPD Officer conducted a traffic stop, near the intersection of 5th and England, after the officer recognized the driver as Cameron Stevens. The Officer knew Stevens had an active felony warrant out of Kay County. When the vehicle came to a stop, the Officer identified Cameron Stevens as the driver and informed him of his warrants. The passenger of the vehicle identified himself as D’Angelo Wilson.
As a result of this traffic stop, Officers and a Kay County Deputy located a 9mm pistol, two pistol magazines containing 19 and 20 rounds of accompanying 9mm ammunition, multiple rounds of shotgun ammunition, 4.1 ounces of marijuana, multiple syringes that were both new and used which field tested positive for methamphetamine, and plastic “corner” baggies which are commonly used to package and distribute narcotics for sale.
Wilson, who is currently on parole through the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, was booked in to jail for Possession of a Firearm AFC+2, Possession of a Firearm in the commission of a Felony AFC 2+, Possession of CDS (Marijuana) with Intent to Distribute AFC+2, Conspiracy to commit a Felony AFC+2, Possession of CDS (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Gang Related Offenses.
Stevens was booked in for Possession of a Firearm AFC+2, Possession of a Firearm in the commission of a Felony AFC+2, Possession of CDS (Marijuana) with Intent to Distribute AFC+2, Conspiracy to commit a Felony AFC+2, and Operating a Motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
These are arrests, not convictions.
