On Friday, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics served a search warrant at HotStar Farm LLC in Jennings as part of an ongoing investigation into obtaining an OBN registration by fraud using a straw ownership.
OBN agents seized 34,263 live plants and 378 pounds of processed marijuana.

Since 2021, agents have shut down more than 6,000 illegal marijuana farms tied to b lack market trafficking and fraud straw ownership schemes.
In 2022, 8,400 farms were operating with an active OBN registration. Today, that number stands around 2,100.
