Thursday morning, The Ponca City Chamber held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Central Cafe located in the City Central Building at Central and 5th Street. Cutting the ribbon is owner Kal Cloonan. Holding the ribbon are Brooke Jones and Jessica Thaxton-Ross. Kal offers smoothies, coffee, vegan food and other great items. Juice…food…love!
