Today, we are announcing that INTEGRIS Health has signed an agreement to become part of Risant Health, pending regulatory approval. I wanted you to hear it from me first, before it reaches the news and social media. Please take a few minutes to watch my video message.

Risant Health is a nonprofit created to expand value-based care through strong, like-minded local health systems. Geisinger in Pennsylvania and Cone Health in North Carolina became part of Risant Health before us. INTEGRIS Health will be the third.
What stays the same. We are still INTEGRIS Health. Our name, our mission, our headquarters, our Board, our leadership team, our caregivers and our medical staff all stay. I’m staying. Decisions about care for Oklahomans will continue to be made in Oklahoma, and every dollar ever given to INTEGRIS Health stays with INTEGRIS Health.
What changes. Risant Health becomes our corporate parent and has committed to investing capital in Oklahoma, including in our hospitals and clinics, growth, technology and tools that help our physicians and nurses care for our communities.
Why. This is about accelerating our mission of partnering with people to live healthier lives. It will help us deliver better health outcomes, grow faster and increase access points for our patients. Risant Health looks for community-based health systems with recognized quality, a real commitment to value-based care and financial strength. INTEGRIS Health has all three.
