The annual Cherokee Strip Cook-Off in Ponca City is a world-class barbecue competition featuring live music, children’s activities, vendors, cold drinks, and fun for the entire family. Set against the scenic banks of Lake Ponca, this Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned event is one of the most beautiful cook-off venues in the country and offers some of the tastiest barbecue around.
