Luke House, an 18-year-old driver involved in an early morning wreck on October 15th in Stillwater, has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder in Payne County District Court. Stillwater police say toxicology reveled that House was under the influence of alcohol and say that he was traveling in excess of 150 miles per hour the wrong way on State Highway 51 when he struck another car head on. Two people, passengers in each car, Ryan Begnaud and Jeremi Smith, were pronounced dead at the scene. House was arrested Thursday by the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office. He is awaiting transfer to Payne County.
