Library system preparing for upgrade

The Ponca City Library’s Polaris System will be upgraded on Tuesday, Aug. 16, and the system will be down for most of the day.

The library will not be able to place holds, create new cards, or accept fine money.

Only patrons with a physical library card can be checked in and out until the upgrade is complete.
