Kay Electric customers experience power outages

Around 800 Kay Electric customers are without power this morning, down from a high of 1800, after storms rolled through the area overnight. According to Austin Partida, crews have been working through the night to restore power to all its customers. Power outages are being experienced by customers near Tonkawa, Billings, Marland, and Ponca City.
