Jayhawks reach Big 12 semifinals with win over Oklahoma State

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) – Malik Newman scored a career-high 30 points, Svi Mykhailiuk added 13 and ninth-ranked Kansas beat Oklahoma State 82-68 to reach the Big 12 semifinals.

The Jayhawks were swept by the Cowboys in the regular season. Jeffrey Carroll had 17 points to lead Oklahoma State.
