Investigators Share New Details In Case Of Oklahoma Doctor Accused Of Murdering Nurse

Deputies release new details about the death of a nurse who investigators believe was killed by a Tahlequah doctor.

Chicot County, Arkansas, deputies said Moria Kinsey and Tyler Tait got into a fight inside the car near Lake Village in southeastern Arkansas last Monday. They said the couple was driving back from Mississippi.

Deputies said Kinsey was injured and that Tait called 911 and told dispatchers she was having a seizure. When deputies arrived, they said Tait was standing near the car while a citizen performed CPR on Kinsey.

Deputies said Kinsey had several bruises around her neck and a cut on her right elbow and Tait offered no explanation for her injuries.

Deputies arrested Tait for first-degree murder last Tuesday.
