Team Radio Marketing Group - October 31, 2017 3:31 pm

OSBI agents need the public’s help finding a pickup truck used in a deadly hit and run case in Delaware County on Oct. 21, 2017.

While driving a truck, Warren Winningham (born 3/14/1977) struck two people in the parking lot of the Red Dirt Bar in Colcord after an argument.

Bobby Shaffer Jr, 44, died from his injuries and Tristan Kauffeld, 21, was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Winningham was arrested on charges of murder in the second degree and assault with a dangerous weapon.

The OSBI is searching for the truck Winningham used in the crime – a red 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 mega cab dually with a Ranch Hand front bumper. The truck has a Keetowah tribal tag of UKB L357. The truck should have damage to it from the Oct 21 incident.

If anyone knows where to find this truck, please contact the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017 or email [email protected]
