On Saturday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a boat crash on Eufaula Lake at the Austa Vista Ramp, near Longtown, Okla.

A 51-year-old man with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife docked his 19-foot boat while he was checking the fishing license of a women at the dock.

While the ODWC boat was in the slip, a 68-year-old man driving a 25-foot Tritoon pulled up and confronted him about the boat slip.

OHP said the man on the Tritoon, who they later learned was intoxicated, intentionally rammed the front of his boat into the motor of the ODWC boat.

Troopers said there were seven passengers on the Tritoon, three of which were under 8 years old, and one passenger on the ODWC boat. No one was injured.
