Instructions for PCPS 2020 Commencement Ceremony at Sullins Stadium

Friday, June 26 – 8:00 PM

• Guests will Enter Through the East and West Ticket Booths at Sullins – Gates Open at 6:45 P.M.
• Tickets are Required for All Guests Entering the Ceremony
• 2020 Seniors will Enter Through the North Gates on the Visitors’ Side at 7:00 P.M.
• Brookfield Between 6^th and 7^th Street and 6^th Street Between Comanche and Brookfield will be Blocked from 5:00-9:00 PM for Senior 2020 Parking
• Home Stands will be Marked for Appropriate Social Distancing and Guests Will Sit Between Tape of the Same Color in Groups of Two
• Visitor Stands will be Marked Individually for the 2020 Seniors to Allow for Appropriate Social Distancing
• Handicap Seating Will Be Available on the Track

• We Welcome Wearing of Masks and Encourage All to be Respectful of Others by Effectively Social Distancing
• In the Unlikely Event of Inclement Weather, a Decision will be Made by 12:00 Noon on Friday of Moving Ceremony to the Ponca City Concert Hall for a Seniors Only Graduation
