I-35 narrowed near Blackwell through Tuesday afternoon

Northbound I-35 is narrowed to one lane about one mile north of SH-11 (Mile Marker 223) near Blackwell in Kay County until 3 p.m. Tuesday for surface repair.

Drivers should use extra caution and be alert to workers and equipment on the roadway.
