After a few delays for guard rail installation, shoulder work, and some asphalt repair, Nick Bess from Bridgeco Contractors says the project is moving forward quickly now. The shoulder work should be finished today or tomorrow, with guard rail installation being completed early next week. He anticipates opening Hubbard Road sometime late next week to the public.
