Highway Patrol continues investigation in fatal accident

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation into a fatal collision which occured about 4 a.m. Thursday on U.S. 64, about 0.7 miles west of State Highway 99, located 5.7 miles west of Cleveland, Oklahoma, in Pawnee County.

Kendra L. Yarber, 28, of Pawnee, was pronounced dead at the scene from head injuries, by Mercy Medical EMS. Her body was transported by Ray Francisco Funeral Home.

Yarber was driving a 2012 Nissan which departed the roadway to the right and struck a tree.
