Kay County Health Department Providing Curbside COVID-19 Testing

The Kay County Health Department is providing curbside COVID-19 testing by appointment only, at the Kay County Health Department, while supplies are available.

The Kay County Health Department encourages individuals experiencing at least one of the following:
• a fever of 100.4 or higher,
• cough,
• shortness of breath,
• or, have been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

to contact the Health Department at 580-762-1641 to reserve an appointment.

Testing is free and does not require insurance.

Instructions for utilizing the curbside testing service will be provided at the time the appointment is made.
A physician’s order is not needed in order to be tested through the health department’s curbside testing option. However, we do encourage established patients seeking testing to contact their primary care provider.
Please remember COVID-19 testing at the Kay County Health Department is being done curbside, by appointment only.

Individuals are asked to remain in their vehicle at all times.
