Genealogy workshop

The Pioneer Woman Museum and Pioneer Genealogists Society will be cohosting a workshop on genealogy resources on Saturday.

The workshop will focus on resources available through the Oklahoma Historical Society at 11 a.m. Saturday. It will be held in the basement education room at the Ponca City Library.

The workshop presenter will be Laura Martin, deputy director of the Research Division of the OHS. A meet and greet will begin at 10:30 a.m.

Pioneer Genealogists Society was organized in 1971 in Ponca City. A variety of topics are presented at its monthly meetings, which take place throughout the year except during the summer.
