Garren taking over Coastal Carolina golf program

CONWAY, S.C. (AP) – Oklahoma assistant Jim Garren is taking over the men’s golf program at Coastal Carolina.

The school announced the hiring on Thursday.

Garren spent the past three seasons at Oklahoma, where the Sooners made the NCAA finals each year.
