ADVISORY…WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 9 AM CDT FRIDAY.

* TEMPERATURES: LOWS WILL DROP TO NEAR OR JUST BELOW FREEZING
ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA NEAR SUNRISE FRIDAY
MORNING.

* IMPACTS: FROST IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY
FRIDAY MORNING…ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS. FROST CAN DAMAGE
OR EVEN KILL TENDER VEGETATION AND SENSITIVE PLANTS IF LEFT
UNPROTECTED.
