Free COVID Tests Thursday at RecPlex

The Kay County Health Department, in partnership with IMMYLabs, is pleased to offer FREE COVID-19 testing to all in our community.
Testing is free and voluntary and will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1st, 2020, in the parking lot of the RecPlex, 1604 W Grand Ave., Ponca City, OK 74601.

To sign up for testing, follow these easy steps:
- CLICK HERE
- Click on the “Make Appointment” button
- Select your designated “collection site” location from the dropdown (type in Ponca City for this location)
- Select a day and time
- Fill out the form and click Next
- Review all the information you entered and click Submit
On the day and time of your scheduled appointment, you will come to the drive-thru location for testing. After testing, you will receive a text and an email within 2 business days with a link to access your results.
