Five arrested on drug charges on North Palm Street

The Ponca City Police Department served a search warrant at 812 North Palm Street Tuesday afternoon and made multiple arrests on drug complaints.

Arrested were :

Keith Robert Maxon, 26, on a complaint of possession of drug equipment.

Joe David Mitchell, 39, on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 2,000 feet of a school, possession of drug equipment, possession of drug proceeds, maintaining a house where drugs are sold.

Kathy Marie Mitchell, 39, on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 2,000 feet of a school; possession of drug equipment; possession of drug proceeds, and maintaining a house where drugs are sold.

Kristionna Kay Mitchell, 18, on a complaint of possession of paraphernalia.

Mickey Ray Hutchison, 20, on complaints of possession of drug equipment and obstruction.

During the arrests, officers deployed a taser to stop Hutchison when tried to run and refused to comply with officers.
