Five arrested in robbery case

Ponca City Police arrested five people Thursday morning in connection with a robbery in the 2000 block of North Osage, reported at 11:19 a.m.

The party reporting the robbery told officers his brother was beaten by a group of males who took his bag and hit him with a pistol. He was treated at the emergency room.

Police arrested a 16-year-old girl on a complaint of robbery. She was released to a Kay County deputy for transport  to detention.

Also arrested were:

  • Andrew Pappan, 21, on complaints of conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery; and possession of stolen property.
  • Morris Page, 24, on complaints of conspiracy to commit a felony, burglary; and possession of stolen property.
  • Noah Goddard, 18, on complaints of conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery; and possession of stolen property.
  • Devin House, 18, on complaints of conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery; and possession of stolen property.
