Family Fun Day Saturday at the YMCA!

Ponca City Family Fun Day will be held fro 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at the Ponca City Aquatic & Family Center –YMCA.

This free event, presented by the Oklahoma State University Recreation Management Department, will have activities and excitement for all ages, including:

• A Basketball Workshop, featuring members of the OSU Men’s Basketball Team.  Team members will lead kids and adults in drills and shooting techniques.
• A Stretching Workshop, featuring associates of the OSU Department of Wellness.
• A Reach as High as You Can! group mural.  After completion, the mural will be displayed in the community over the next few weeks.
• BINGO with prizes.
• And other family oriented activities.

Eric Newell, Park and Recreation Director said, “The City of Ponca City and the Ponca City Aquatic & Family Center – YMCA are thrilled to have OSU presenting this event.  So come out, meet some basketball players from OSU, and have a great time at Ponca City Family Fun Day!”
