Fallin, agencies holding job fair

TULSA, Okla. (AP) – Gov. Mary Fallin, state agencies and local faith-based and community groups are hosting the Oklahoma Job and Resource Fair.

The event begins Tuesday at 11 a.m. on the Tulsa Technology Center Lemley campus.

The event looks to connect job seekers with employment opportunities and resources. At least 30 companies from the region will be recruiting candidates.

The job fair’s partners include the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Oklahoma State Department of Health and the State Chamber of Oklahoma.

Local partners include universities, technology centers, businesses and faith-based and community organizations.
