Viewing is available on Friday, June 19th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and on Tuesday, June 23rd from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Said sale will be to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, or 10% cash on the day of sale with certified funding (proof of funds) and the balance due within five (5) days. Failure to pay balance within five (5) days results in forfeiture of down payment and property may be offered to the next highest bidder. The Office of the District Attorney may refuse all bids and continue to use said property pursuant to statutory authority. Said Sale will take place rain or shine. All notices on day of sale supersede all prior announcements.
