Emergency crews respond to Lake Ponca incident

Ponca City Fire and EMS crews responded to a report of an incident at Lake Ponca about 6:45 p.m. Monday.

A 4-year-old girl was transported to Ponca City Medical Center from the swim beach area code blue. Witnesses say the girl was not wearing a life preserver while she was in the water.
