Easter Egg Hunts Planned for Area Children

Blackwell Community Eggstravaganza  Easter Egg Hunt is Saturday, April 2nd at the Blackwell fairgrounds, 800 South Main. Events begin at 10:30 am with kids ages 0-2, 11:00 am ages 3 & 4, 11:30 am kindergarten & first grade, noon 2nd & 3rd grade, 12:30 pm 4th and 5th grade, and 1:00 pm free fun for all ages. The second annual “Easter Egg Hunt Under the Lights” at the RecPlex will be held Saturday, April 9th at 8:30 pm. Multiple egg hunts will be provided on the softball fields at the RecPlex at 1604 West Grand. Areas will be well-lit and safe for all ages to participate. This is a free community event with 10,000 eggs. Event schedule: Field #1 – 0-4 years old at 8:30 pm, Field  #2 – Special Needs (Any Age)  at 8:40 pm, Field  #3 – 5-7 years old at 8:50 pm, and Field  #4 – 8-12 years old at 9:00 pm. The 93rd Annual Ambucs Easter Egg Hunt is on Easter Sunday, April 17th at the  Lake Ponca pageant area at 1:00 pm. Five age categories and a special area for those with special needs.  Grand prizes for each category. Check the Ponca City Noon Ambucs Facebook page for more information.

A Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Easter Sunday, April 17th at 4:00 pm. at Camp McFadden at 9137 East Hartford. The event includes an Easter Egg Hunt, Scavenger Hunt, and Coloring Contest.
