Ponca City East Middle School FCCLA attended the Virtual State Family, Career and Community leaders of America (FCCLA) Meeting on April 1, 2021.

The theme of the 2021 Convention was “Stay Connected, Stay Red” celebrating FCCLA 75th anniversary.

The keynote speaker, Kyle Scheele, spoke to members about making a difference, and using their gifts and talents to build a better world. He also spoke about making their communities, schools, and classrooms better as well as steps they can take today to pave the way for a better tomorrow.

The members also participated in two breakout sessions: Bobby Petrocelli’s message was every person needs to know how unique and priceless they are. The last session was telling the students to find joy in the small things.
