Durant named Western Conference Player of the Week

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant has been named the NBA Western Conference Player of the Week. Durant’s selection was announced Monday after he helped the Thunder to a 3-1 record last week by averaging 31.8 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds per game that included a 41-point and 10-rebound game in a win over the New York Knicks.
