Driver faces charges

Chase Clinkingbeard, the driver who struck two youngs girls yesterday morning, is facing charges of DUS (Driving Under Suspension) and Failure to Yield at a Crosswalk. Clinkingbeard was booked into the Ponca City jail Tuesday morning after the accident.
