Deputies in pursuit of subject

Kay County Sheriff Steve Kelley reports that deputies are on Hartford Avenue east of Enterprise Road searching for a subject that ran into the woods after pulling a knife on a victim at Osage Casino.

Kelley said the victim chased two subjects from the casino to Lake Road and Enterprise, where the subjects bailed out of their vehicle and ran on foot.

Deputies captured one subject, who is in custody, and continue their search for the other subject in the woods.

The Kay County K9 unit is on the scene and is doing a search and track on the subject. Deputies are maintaining a perimeter around the search, Kelley said.
