The City of Ponca City will observe Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24, as City Holidays:
Residential Refuse WILL NOT BE PICKED UP Thursday, Nov. 23, or Friday, Nov. 24, and will RESUME Monday, Nov. 27. Contact Scott Daine, Solid Waste Supervisor, 767-0411.

Ponca City Library will CLOSE at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, and REOPEN Sunday, Nov. 26.
