Charles Billingsly will be in concert on Saturday, March 19th at the Ponca City High School Concert Hall on Overbrook.
Billingsly will be joined by the Ponca City High School Choir and Orchestra.
This event is sponsored by St Luke’s Church of the Nazarene and Heather Cannon Honda.
The performance will begin at 7 pm and is open to the public.
