Please join us for our next Cash Mob at 11:30 a.m.Tuesday at Brace Books & More, located at 2205 N. 14th Street. We will all meet outside a few minutes before 11:30 and walk in together.
Cash Mob is a retail project of the Ponca City Business Council’s Shop Ponca First campaign. The Ponca City Business Council has several projects that benefit our Chamber retail businesses. This very active committee will meet Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the Chamber Office. Melissa Bowers with Rick Scott Construction is the Chair.
The Education and Workforce Development Committee will meet Thursday at 4 p.m. at the Chamber Office. This committee is currently working on the New Teacher Luncheon and the Stuff the Bus project. I’m really proud of what our Chamber does for our school system benefitting the children of Ponca City.
Get your tickets this week for the Party at the Palace/Chamber Auction to be held Friday, Aug. 18, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Marland Mansion. Cost is $25 per person and includes food, drinks, music and great auction items. Tickets are available at the Chamber Office at Fifth Street and Grand Avenue. Our Chamber only does one fundraiser every other year. Thank you for your support.
